Return and Refund Policy

At Datatronics Technology, we aim for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, our return and refund terms are as follows:
1. Service-Based Refunds
Once a service has been initiated, we generally do not offer refunds unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payment, project cancellation before initiation, or non-delivery due to our fault.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify us within 48 hours of placing an order for service cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
3. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed or delivered work
Change of mind after project start
Delays caused by client’s failure to provide required information
