Return and Refund Policy

At Datatronics Technology, we aim for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital and service-based offerings, our return and refund terms are as follows:

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Once a service has been initiated, we generally do not offer refunds unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payment, project cancellation before initiation, or non-delivery due to our fault.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must notify us within 48 hours of placing an order for service cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or delivered work

  • Change of mind after project start

  • Delays caused by client’s failure to provide required information
